Dr. Brittany Galaydick is the Co-Founder of Bridge That Gap, an organization dedicated to empowering leaders to create innovative, effective, and human-centered systems for growth. With almost two decades of experience in education, Dr. Galaydick has served as a teacher, instructional leader, and district level academic strategist. She has led large scale initiatives that strengthen leadership capacity, teaching, learning, and organizational culture. Known for her ability to transform complex challenges into actionable strategies, Dr. Galaydick leads with empathy, clarity, and purpose. Her expertise includes strategic planning, instructional design, program implementation, and systems level leadership. She is passionate about creating sustainable change that uplifts leaders, empowers educators, and ensures every learner has access to pathways that prepare them for success beyond the classroom. She earned her Ph.D. in Leadership in 2025, with research focused on educational access, district innovation, and the implementation of Colorado’s Graduation Guidelines and Menu of Options. Her work bridges theory and practice, blending data-driven decision-making with a commitment to human connection in order to support staff and student success.
Bridget Guerrero

Bridget Guerrero-Vélez is a visionary leader, social entrepreneur, and educator dedicated to empowering people and organizations to reach their highest potential. As Co-Founder of Bridge That Gap LLC, she helps businesses, schools, and nonprofits strengthen communication, leadership, and culture through transformative workshops, seminars, and professional development programs.
With a background that bridges education, entrepreneurship, and social impact, Bridget brings over a decade of experience designing initiatives that drive both personal growth and organizational success. She is also the Founder and CEO of One World Quest, a national nonprofit that advances innovation, digital literacy, and entrepreneurship education for youth and adults.
Bridget is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Educational Leadership, Research, and Policy at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs, where her research focuses on resilient leadership among social entrepreneurs balancing social mission and business sustainability.
Her work reflects a deep passion for helping people find purpose, strengthen collaboration, and bridge the gap between where they are and where they’re meant to be.
Our Interns
Tyler Tsarnas is a 4th year Computer Science student at the University of Florida with a passion for designing technology that connects and inspires people. Through his work at One World Quest, he is building an interactive platform that blends storytelling and innovation to promote global awareness and collaboration.
Elmer Hernandez is a 3rd year Computer Science student at the University of Colorado Denver with a strong interest in front-end development and user experience design. He currently works as a Front-End Developer Intern at One World Quest, where he contributes to building responsive and visually engaging web interfaces that enhance accessibility and storytelling through technology.
